The 2024 Formula 1 season is gearing up to be a landmark event, featuring a never-before-seen 24-race schedule that extends worldwide.

The season is scheduled to commence on February 29 and will continue through to December 8, 2024. This includes pre-season testing in Bahrain from February 21 to 23, occurring just a week prior to the inaugural race of the season.

In a notable change, the first two grand prix events in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are set to occur on Saturday nights, deviating from the usual Sunday races. This adjustment has been made to respect the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which begins on March 10.

The 2024 season will also mark the much-anticipated return of the Chinese Grand Prix to the F1 roster. The event, which had been consecutively cancelled from 2020 to 2023 due to stringent COVID-19 restrictions in China, is scheduled for April 21.
